Charlotte Street, by Danny Wallace.

JacketCute!  (But I think I can stop reading novels that have cameras/photography in them for awhile…  not that I’ve focused on this theme on purpose.)  So Jason Priestley (no, not that Jason Priestley, as he’ll be the first to say) helps a package-laden girl into a cab and one item that she wasn’t able to juggle is a disposable camera.  Jason discovers it (once a “meaningful” look is exchanged and) the cab pulls off.  That is all the information he has to try to reconnect with her.
