Elizabeth is Missing by Emma Healey

HealeyDementia patient Maud is convinced that her friend Elizabeth is missing.  As she collects seemingly insignificant items she feels are clues, we are brought back to her post WWII days when her sister disappears without a trace.  Healey intertwines two touching stories skillfully, reminiscent of The House on Beartown Road by Elizabeth Van Pelt.
